more..I booked an appointment for 1pm I was there in the hospital 10min earlier but the doctor refused to attend, saying he wouldn't take the patient after 1. if he won't take patient after 1 then they should not keep that slot.
I visited trust-in hospital for swallowing pain in throat and sinusitis towards forehead, the prescription given did not work for me, rather the diagnosis may be right, however the doctor listened to problems, I could sense hesitation of the doctor in physical examination, partly due to Covid B7 wave. The follow-up process is not great in Trust-in hospital, to swap a doctor the appointment has to be a new one.
